FAQ

Si ya estas listo para tomar una entrevista y sientes que no necesitas entrenamiento para mejorar. clic aquí.

1-Cundo Empieza el próximo entrenamiento? 
Esta este sábado de esta misma semana a las 9:00 am

2- Cuanto tiempo dura el entrenamiento? 
Dura 4 semanas ya que son 4 módulos diferentes, uno cada semana + practicas de entrenamiento online a la cual solo tienen las personas que ya se hayan inscrito. 

3-Cuales son los módulos?
Son 4 Módulos independientes para cada semana, y son
1-Customer Service Module +Inteview.
2-Speaking Module
3-Listening Module
4-Test Module..Ver más detalles.

4-Que días tienen disponible?
 Hasta el momento solo sábados de 9:00 am - 11:45 pm. Estamos trabajando en nuevas secciones para nuevos horarios.  Avisaremos por este medio. 

5- Cual es el costo?
El costo para inscribirse es de 1000 pesos por el mes completo.

6-Que más ofrecemos?
También mediante un acuerdo con las personas que ya están inscritas, nos comprometemos a configurar una entrevista para participar en el proceso de contratación.

7-Que garantía tengo de ser contratado luego de terminar este entrenamiento?
Proveemos la enseñanza y garantizamos que si usted completa los 4 módulos de forma satisfactoria, sera capaz de conseguir trabajo en un call center.

8-A quienenes recomiendamos este Training? Nosotros recomendamos este training a personas que:
A-Hablen ingles intermedio aunque no tengan tanta fluidez.
B-Hablen ingles con algunas dificultades, y necesitan ayuda para mejorar.
C-Personas que hayan aplicado para un call center y hayan sido rechazados.
D-Personas que no tengas experiencia en call center y quieran tener experiencia.

Nota: si eres capaz de establecer una comunicación por 15 minutos en ingles eres, te recomendamos este training.

9-Este training es proporcionado por Convergys?
No. Este Training es gracias a una entidad independiente con un fin comercial afiliada a Convergys que pose permisos de publicar y referir personas para que puedan participar en el proceso de selección y reclutamiento de esta empresa.

10-El training es en Convergys?
No. Ya que no usamos sus instalaciones o equipos. 

11-Donde es el lugar? Calle Franciasco Javier #12, San Isidro Pueblo,

What do we offer?





A whole training that includes all programs we will show you at the bottom. The price is $ 1.000 pesos for the registration of training; however, there is a contract that ensures the hiring process that means we will help you get a job.


The schedule is this coming Saturday the 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  

The training lasts 4 weeks of which 4 days are in the classroom. +  30 days online including audio visual programs in order to complete the training.
